BBQ Smoker

Ingredients

Metal pan

Wood chips

Water/spirit of your choice

Tin foil

Method

Make your own smoker with an old metal pan. Find one that fits neatly on top of the flame tamer of one burner on your BBQ.

Fill the pan with a generous amount of wood chips that have been soaked in water or spirits such as bourbon for at least one hour. Full cover the top of the pan with tinfoil then make multiple perforations in the foil with a fork.

Place on the flame tamer of a lit burner and periodically add a small amount of water through the perforations to keep the wood chips smouldering.
